Federal Legal Disclaimer

National Firearms Act (NFA) Notice:
Suppressors (silencers) are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA). All NFA rules apply. Purchases require a federal background check, submission of ATF Form 4 or Form 1, payment of the $200 tax stamp, and approval by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Orders cannot ship until ATF approval is received.

Possession Restrictions:
You must be at least 21 years old, legally allowed to possess firearms, and a resident of a U.S. state where suppressor ownership is legal.

FFL/SOT Transfer Requirement:
All suppressor sales must ship to a licensed Class 3 FFL/SOT dealer selected by the customer. The customer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.
